X’BOND Construction Adhesive Sealant is a construction panel adhesive and sealant designed not to slump on vertical surfaces. It is formulated to bond to a wide variety of construction materials, including PVC, wood, gypsum board, concrete, masonry, aluminum, galvanized iron, steel, fibrous cement sheet, and floor paneling. X’BOND is also safe to use on foamed polystyrene and mirror-backed tiles.

Description


X’traseal 320g X-Bond Construction Adhesive Sealant is a versatile adhesive known for its long-lasting durability. The final outcome is a robust, multifunctional finish with a powerful adhesive force capable of bearing heavy loads.

Application Steps:

  1. Ensure that the surface is clean and dry.
  2. Mask smooth surfaces to simplify clean-up.
  3. Use approved back-up material in the joint.
  4. Cut the nozzle to the desired size.
  5. Insert the cartridge into the caulking gun.
  6. Push the sealant ahead for a uniform bead.
  7. Allow it to cool within 10 minutes.
  8. Clean off excess sealant with mineral spirits.

*Curing Time: Approx. 7 – 24 hours in room temperature. The curing time might be longer for smoother surfaces.
